Depositions preserve the testimony and demeanor of the deponent for later playback and analysis. Especially useful for witnesses unavailable for trial. Invaluable for foreign language translation when the certified shorthand reporter is listening to the English translation via an interpreter.

All video depositions include a time/date window for verification and cross reference to the written transcription. Also included is a log sheet detailing starts, stops, exhibits, objections, and explanatory notes. Each video copy comes with a protective case and necessary labeling. The cost for videotaping depositions is $75.00 per hour, arrival to departure, original tape included (excess travel excluded).
